Your mission
We’re looking for a strategic and proactive Senior Account Executive to drive high-value sales with pharma clients. In this role, you'll build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, own the full cycle from lead to close, and act as a trusted partner to our internal medical and product teams. Your focus will be translational research and non-clinical, project-based sales—helping pharma customers navigate complex biomarker development challenges using our AI tools.
Location: Europe-based, flexible with travel
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ongoing pharma deals: Manage follow-ups, engage key stakeholders, and move leads through the pipeline to close.
- Develop new opportunities: Proactively identify and approach stakeholders in Top 30 pharma companies and develop strategies to engage them.
- Own the RFP process: Monitor relevant opportunities, coordinate inputs across internal teams, and ensure timely submission.
- Act as a strategic partner: Work closely with founders and medical experts to align sales efforts with scientific and product priorities.
- Build trust in early-stage pharma: Engage customers in pre-clinical or translational phases with tailored, consultative sales approaches.
- Support external positioning: Collaborate with Marketing to develop pharma-relevant materials such as presentations, webinars, and white papers.
- Contribute to strategic growth: Help shape our pharma advisory board and identify future product or partnership opportunities.
Collaboration- Reports directly to the CEO
- Works cross-functionally with medical, product, and marketing teams
- Flexible on location within Europe, but willing to travel regularly to meet partners and attend industry events
