Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt souverän und kompetent die Geschäftsführung bei allen anfallenden Management- und Organisationsaufgaben im operativen Geschäft.
Du bereitest Entscheidungen der Geschäftsführung durch Informationsbeschaffung und -auswertung vor und nimmst an internen sowie externen Projekt- und Sales-Meetings teil.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Einzelprojekte, z.B. Pilotprojekte zur Einführung unserer Software bei Kunden und Partnern.
Du erstellst Präsentationen und Statistiken und bereitest Besprechungen inhaltlich vor und nach.
Du hältst dem Management den Rücken frei, indem Du viele weitere Aufgaben des „Daily Business“ übernimmst, E-Mails priorisiert und darauf antwortest.
Bis zur Rückkehr unserer Office Managerin im Spätsommer 2024 unterstützt Du auch in der vorbereitenden und nachbereitenden Buchhaltung inklusive Rechnungsprüfung und Reisekostenabrechnung sowie der Organisation von Messeauftritten, Reisen und Events.

Dein Profil

Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium und bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit.
Du arbeitest strukturiert und besitzt die notwendige Gelassenheit, um mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten.
Schnelles Aufgeben ist nicht Dein Ding. Dir bereitet es Freude, Dich durchzusetzen, wenn es wichtig ist. Agiles Arbeiten liegt Dir.
Idealerweise hast du erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement.
Du kommunizierst gerne und sicher, verfügst über gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und magst die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.
Du bist sehr gut im Umgang mit Bürosoftware wie Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel und Word) und modernen webbasierten Anwendungen (z.B. Google Workspace).

We are on an expansion course and need reinforcement, which is why we are looking for YOU.

Your mission

Confidently and competently support the management in all management and organizational tasks within the operational business.
Prepare management decisions by gathering and analyzing information, and participate in internal and external project and sales meetings.
Take responsibility for individual projects, such as pilot projects for introducing our software to clients and partners.
Create presentations and statistics, and prepare for meetings both beforehand and in follow-up.
Support the management of many “Daily Business” tasks by prioritizing and responding to emails.
Until our Office Manager returns in late summer 2024, you will also assist in preparatory and follow-up accounting, including invoice verification and travel expense accounting, as well as organizing trade fair appearances, travels, and events.

Your profile

Ideally, you have completed a university degree and have relevant professional experience.
You are structured and can maintain composure while managing multiple tasks.
Giving up easily is not in your nature; you enjoy standing your ground when it matters.
Agile work appeals to you.
You have initial professional experience in project management.
You are confident in communication, possess good German and very good English language skills, and enjoy working in an international environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and modern web-based applications (e.g., Google Workspace).
